STORY

After several years of training and education, I decided to create Fit(H)er to help women feel better in their bodies and minds through personalized and motivating support.

I am a Personal Trainer, specialized in physical preparation for women and athletes. I offer 100% personalized one-to-one coaching, based on individual goals, while taking the menstrual cycle into account.

My coaching also includes access to a female training community, with a hybrid approach combining different types of practices: functional training, plyometrics, cross-training, endurance sports, monitoring, injury prevention, and nutritional advice. Training sessions can take place outdoors or in an indoor training facility.

I also offer online coaching for those who want more independence while still benefiting from a training plan adapted to their specific needs. Each client or athlete receives free access to a Premium account on the TrainingPeaks app.

I have always been passionate about sports. From a very young age, sport has played a central role in my life: extracurricular activities, dance, gymnastics, athletics, horse riding…

Around the age of 7, I specialized in equestrian vaulting, a discipline I practiced at a high level for over 8 years, notably earning the title of African Champion in my category in 2022.

After that, I turned to mountain biking, and later to triathlon, following an accident that occurred during a mountain bike race. This event led me to rethink my approach to sport and performance.

In high school, I chose a sports-focused academic track, then moved to Luxembourg to obtain my Personal Trainer certification (EREPS Level 4).

Today, my goal is to support women and athletes, because I have personally gone through these stages. I understand the importance of quality guidance to promote a healthy lifestyle, feel good in your body, reduce the risk of injuries, and allow every woman to fully thrive through movement.

My mission is to support women toward overall well-being through sport. Through caring and personalized guidance, I aim to help each woman find balance, build self-confidence, and push beyond her own limits.

For me, sport is a true tool for personal growth, capable of transforming both the body and the mind. My goal is to create a safe and professional environment where every woman feels supported, heard, and able to reveal her strength.
