My Story

After several years of training and certifications, I decided to create Fit(H)er to help women feel better in their bodies and minds through personalized and motivating support.

I’m a Personal Trainer specialized in women’s and athletes’ physical preparation. I offer 100% personalized one-to-one coaching, based on individual goals while taking into account the menstrual cycle.

My support also includes access to a women-only training community, with a hybrid approach combining different types of practices: functional training, plyometrics, cross-training, endurance sports, follow-up, injury prevention, and nutrition advice. Sessions can take place outdoors or in a covered training space.

I also offer online follow-up for those who want more autonomy while still benefiting from a training plan tailored to their specific needs. Every client or athlete gets free access to a Premium account on the TrainingPeaks app.

I’m a true athlete at heart. From a very young age, sport has always been central to my life: extracurricular activities, dance, gymnastics, athletics, horse riding…

At around 7 years old, I specialized in equestrian vaulting, a discipline I practiced at a high level for over 8 years, including winning the African Champion title in my category in 2022.

Later, I turned to mountain biking, and then to triathlon, following an accident during a mountain bike race. That event led me to rethink my approach to sport and performance.

In high school, I chose the sports-studies stream, and then I moved to Luxembourg to obtain my Personal Trainer certification (EREPS level 4).

Today, my goal is to support women and athletes, because I’ve been through these stages myself. I understand how important quality guidance is to promote a healthy lifestyle, feel good in your body, reduce the risk of injury, and allow every woman to fully thrive through movement.

My mission is to guide women toward overall well-being through sport.

Through caring and personalized support, I want to help each woman find her balance, strengthen her self-confidence, and push beyond her own limits.

For me, sport is a true tool for personal fulfillment, capable of transforming both body and mind.

My goal is to create a safe and professional environment where every woman feels supported, heard, and empowered to unleash her strength.
