Welcome at Fit(H)er
Fit(H)er is much more than a sports coaching.
It is a space created by a woman, for women, where strength, endurance and confidence meet.
At the heart of Fit(H)er is found the personalized coaching in individual accompaniment. Each program is designed around you, your objectives, your level and your lifestyle. Whether you wish to develop your strength, improve your endurance, discover cross-training or prepare yourself for endurance sports like triathlon, Fit(H)er offers you a tailor-made accompaniment to progress in a safe, effective and sustainable way.
Fit(H)er is also a vision in full evolution.
The project extends towards the creation of a feminine training community, where motivation, support and performance meet. The trainings are built around cross-training, by combining muscular reinforcement and physical conditioning with endurance disciplines such as running, cycling and swimming, in order to develop strong, resilient and balanced athletes, whatever their level.
The clients benefiting from individual coaching have free access to the Fit(H)er community.
Women wishing to join the community independently can do so via a membership.
At Fit(H)er, we do not seek perfection.
