Welcome at Fit(H)er
Fit(H)er is much more than a sports coaching service. It is a space created by a woman, for women, where strength, endurance, and confidence come together.
At the heart of Fit(H)er is personalized one-to-one coaching. Each program is designed around you, your goals, your level, and your lifestyle. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, discover cross-training, or prepare for endurance sports such as triathlon, Fit(H)er offers tailored support to help you progress in a safe, effective, and sustainable way.
Fit(H)er is also an evolving vision. The project is expanding toward the creation of a female training community, where motivation, support, and performance come together. Training sessions are built around cross-training, combining strength and physical conditioning with endurance disciplines such as running, cycling, and swimming, in order to develop strong, resilient, and well-balanced athletes, regardless of their level.
Clients receiving one-to-one coaching are granted free access to the Fit(H)er community. Women who wish to join the community independently can do so through a membership.
At Fit(H)er, we do not seek perfection. We build strength, confidence, discipline, and connection.
